A departure from the typical recliner aesthetic, Ava’s lean form is sized to move and operate easily without compromising the interior size of the seat or its comfort, fit into smaller patient rooms, and feel more like furniture than equipment. 

Personalised Comfort

Sitting in the wingback model provides a feeling of security, while a reverse recline and independent footrest controls increase comfort. Pivoting arms give caregivers better access and leverage, helping to minimize back injuries, while improved kinematics provide a back pivot location that more closely mimics the body’s movement.

Ease of Use

Thoughtful features such as dual arm controls, pivoting arms to facilitate side transfers, central brake and steer, and side tables enhance functionality, while oversized twin wheel casters improve mobility.
